Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Female athletes who play football at minimum academy/ district level matches. 2. Active participation in football training at least 3 times a week. 3. No history of lower limb injuries in the past 6 months. 4. Age: 18-22 years old (Brown, 2011) 5. Sufficient cognition and English or Hindi language skills to understand research procedures and provide informed consent. 6. Willingness to participate and undergo study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Athletes with any current injury or condition preventing full participation. 2. Athletes undergoing any other type of training. 3. History of Psychological disorder, Cardiovascular disorder, Respiratory disorder, Musculoskeletal disorder. 4. Individuals with insufficient cognition and without comprehension of English or Hindi to understand the research procedures and provide informed consent.
