Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Employees under stress according to Workplace Stress Scale (WSS) with score more than 21 up to 40 Understanding English or Hindi language With work more than 40 hours/ week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having self-reported serious physical or mental disorders Severe addiction (drinking alcohol, and smoking) Unable to read, understand or speak English Employees who work less than 40 h/week Employees not under stress with Workplace Stress Scale (WSS) score less than 21
