Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women,Primigravida,who are willing to participate in the study and provide informed consent. Pregnant women who are able to read and understand the English language. Pregnant women attending antenatal care during the study period and referred by an obstetrician for participation in the study will be included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women with high-risk pregnancy or severe medical complications needing specialized care. Pregnant women with diagnosed psychiatric or cognitive disorders that may affect understanding or participation. Pregnant women with communication barriers (e.g., inability to read or understand the language of the manual). Pregnant women who are healthcare professionals (to avoid bias in knowledge assessment).
