Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both male and female included. Age group of subjects within 18 to 35 years. Functional movement screening shoulder greater than 1. Recreational Overhead player Basketball,Baseball, Tennis, Badminton,Javelin, Shot put, Cricket. Should have no prior experience with IASTM or thrower s ten exercise protocol in the past 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with history of any shoulder trauma. Cervical or spine pathologies, Recent surgeries. Pregnancy. Vertigo and Dizziness. Congenital and Neurological diseases.

MeasureTime frame
ACCURACY:- Functional Throwing performance index (FTPI).Timepoint: Baseline and at 4weeks post-intervention and at the 8weeks.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.STRENGTH- Seated medicine ball throw(SMBT). 2.STABILITY:-Closed kinetic chain upper extremity stability test (CKCUES). 3.MOBILITY:-Functional movement screening (FMS)Timepoint: Baseline and at 4weeks post-intervention and at the 8weeks.
