Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Male patient age between 50 to 80 years havinng signs and symptoms of vatashtheela.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Male patient age below 50 years and above 80 years having uremia or acute retention of urine or chronic retention of urine with residual of urine more than 200 ml or having recurrent urinary tract infection or cancerous changes in genitals.
