Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: information technology professionals Minimum 6 hours/day of screen time Normal binocular vision No history of ocular surgery or trauma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of strabismus or ocular surgery Neurological, or balance disorders Musculoskeletal injuries Acute pain or discomfort affecting posture Uncontrolled systemic conditions no strabismus and no suppression patient

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To assess upper body posture parameters, including craniovertebral angle, craniohorizontal angle, trunk inclination, shoulder position, and sitting eye height, in IT professionals. To evaluate binocular vision functions, including near point of convergence, fusional vergence, and accommodation. To compare binocular vision functions and posture parameters among IT professionals. To analyze the relationship between upper body posture and binocular vision function.Timepoint: baseline and post 6 hours
