Intervention1: Plyometric training program: Participants in the experimental group will undergo a structured plyometric training program for 6 weeks, 3 sessions per week, along with routine badminton

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 14 19 years. Both male and female competitive badminton players. Minimum 1 year of structured badminton training at academy level. Currently playing at district or state level. Medically certified as fit for moderate to vigorous physical activity by a registered medical officer. Willing to avoid any new training programs outside routine badminton and the assigned protocol during the study. Able to comprehend instructions in Hindi or English.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of hip, knee, or ankle injury in past 6 months. History of musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiovascular, or systemic disorders that may affect performance or outcomes. Participation in any structured plyometric or specialized strength training program in the last 3 months. Any other medical condition deemed unsuitable for participation by the investigator.
