Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals with head and neck cancer in TNM stages of 3 to 4b Patients who have completed 7 weeks course of chemoradiotherapy Patients between greater than or equal to 18 and 65 years of age Patients whose SARC F questionnaire score is greater than or equal to 4

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are unable to read and understand English or Kannada Patients who are unable to walk independently
