Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Repeated ankel inversion sprains subjective feeling of giving away Subject with functional instability of one ankel Grade 2 lateral ligament injury (according to AAOS) Active range of motion of at least 35 of the inversion/eversion and 20 of Plantar flexion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Complete ligament tear Grade3 lateral ankle injury Sever ankle pain and swelling Allergies and infections Previous ankle surgery Lower extremity injury other than lateral ankel sprain in past 12 weeks Gross limitations in ankle motion or inversion range of motion Any open wound on injury site Any implant in lower extremity
