Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthcare providers with more than or equal to 6 years of experience. Patients aged more than or equal to 18 years who have undergone consultation/surgery under participating surgeons. Willing to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non-cliniccal or administrative staff. Patients with psychiatric illness, cognitive impairment, or communication barriers. Incomplete questionnaire responses.
