Intervention1: Periodic molar band replacement protocol: In this protocol, the orthodontic molar band on the experimental side will be removed and rebanded at two month intervals throughout the study

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing fixed orthodontic treatment requiring molar banding on permanent first molars. Patients with good general health and willingness to participate in the study. Patients with fully erupted permanent first molars and no visible enamel demineralization at baseline.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with existing enamel demineralization or carious lesions on molars. Patients with poor oral hygiene or periodontal disease. Patients with systemic conditions affecting enamel or saliva. Patients on long term medications affecting oral health. Patients unwilling to participate or comply with study protocol.
