Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-30 years 2.Both male and female 3.Non-structural (postural)kyphotic posture confirmed by physical assessment. (KA more than 40) 4.No history of spinal deformities or surgery. 5.Young Adults with sedentary lifestyle to be identified by International Physical Activity Questionnaire

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Structural kyphosis (congenital deformity). 2.Recent spinal injury, surgery or fracture. 3.Severe musculoskeletal pain preventing exercise participant. 4.Degenerative disorder 5.Any type of skin disorders
