Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed left ventricular heart failure 2.NYHA Class II and III 3.Stable medical management for more than 6 weeks 4.Willing to participate and provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Recent myocardial infarction or cardiac surgery 2.Unstable angina or arrhythmia 3.Severe peripheral arterial disease or DVT 4.Severe musculoskeletal or neurological disorders, behavioral disorder or psychological disorder. 5.Cognitive impairment
