Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Change in muscular fatigue as assessed by median frequency (MDF) difference (%) obtained from surface electromyography (EMG) of wrist flexor and extensor muscles during a standardized task.Timepoint: Measurements will be recorded at baseline (Day 1, pre-intervention) and post-intervention (Day 8).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Change in performance parameters, reaction time (milliseconds) and accuracy (%), as measured using the Aim Lab Mobile application during a standardized task.Timepoint: Measurements will be recorded at baseline (Day 1, pre-intervention) and post-intervention (Day 8, after completion of the one-week protocol).
