Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children requiring bilateral IANB for dental treatment Cooperative child with Frankl behaviour rating score of 3 or 4 Written informed consent from parents or guardians

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with systematic diseases or conditions contraindicating vibration therapy. History of allergy or hypersensitivity to local anesthetics. Children with cognitive impairments or developmental disorders. Previous experience with IANB within the last 6 months.

1) To assess & compare the reduction in pain perception during inferior alveolar nerve block administration using extraoral & intraoral vibration methods. 2) Comparisons will be made between extraoral vibration technique & control intraoral vibration technique & control intraoral & extraoral vibration techniquesTimepoint: Pain perception will be recorded after the intervention on the same day. Patients preference for intervention will be recorded after 2-3 week interval.	—
