Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age group between 30 to 60 years Newely diagnosed cases of Type 2 DM and known Type 2 DM patient only on Metformin 500 mg OD Non insulin dependent diabetes mellitus Patient with fasting blood sugar between 126 - 200 mg dl and post prandial blood sugar between 140 - 350 mg dl Patient having HbA1C between 6.5 10 Patient taking Metformin 500 mg with Diet Restrictions
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: CRITERIA FOR EXCLUSION Juvenile Diabetes and Insulin Dependent Diabetes Mellitus IDDM Patients with Renal Disorders like Chronic kidney disease and Acute kidney diseases Patients with acute complications Hyperglycemic & hypoglycemic coma Ketoacidosis and related complication and Infections like gangrene Patients with chronic diabetic complications like Nephropathy Neuropathy and Retinopathy Pregnant and lactating women
