Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Cases of age group one year to Eighteen years of both sexes and all socioeconomic status 2 Cases clinically diagnosed clinical presentation and signs of dehydration Acute diarrhea were considered for the study 3 Parents Guardians who gave informed consent for treatment and follow up
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Case of Acute Diarrhea with severe dehydration 2 Cases of chronic diarrhea Congenital malabsorption syndromes cystic fibrosis Tropical sprue IBD Short bowel syndrome Cholera Neoplasm HIV Persistent and bloody diarrhea etc were not taken for the study
