Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age :45-64 years Gender: Women with post menopausal stage Natural menopause Induced menopause Not taking hormone replacement therapy Having no major physical inactivity/Physically active

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe neurological disorder Alzheimer disease spinal cord injury stroke etc Sudden weight loss more than 2kg past 6 months Recent history of any surgery Any implants pacemaker Psychological problems Cancer patients

MeasureTime frame
To estimate the prevalence of sarcopenic obesity in community dwelling post menopausal women. To examine the associated risk factors (physical inactivity, Nutritional status, Health literacy, that impose the (so) in post menopausal women.Timepoint: It is one time assessment per person, for about 15 to 20 mins. The entire study is conducted for 6 months.
