Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 20 - 60 years 2. Sex- Both male and female. 3. Patients with signs and symptoms manyastambha mentioned in ayurvedic literature

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having history of any systemic illness like hypertension, diabetes mellitus, chronic heart disease. 2. Patient with acute joint trauma. 3. Pregnant and lactating mother. 4. Accidental injury.

To assess the effect of Sarpasana and Maharasnadi Kwatha on pain intensity, neck stiffness, and functional disability in patients of Manyastambha (Cervical Spondylosis).Timepoint: 60 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To assess the improvement in associated symptoms of Manyastambha, such as: Chronic Neck Pain, Radiating Arm Pain, Stiffness Scale, Stiffness, Discomfort.Timepoint: 6 month
