Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age range from 65 to 75 years Able to walk Independently Controlled hypertension and controlled diabetes type 2 Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire cleared

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participant with Any neurological deficit History of lower limb or spinal surgery within 6 months that interferes with ambulation Recent history of fall Severe Hearing/visual impairment Severe Musculoskeletal Pain in Foot or severe osteoarthritis Walking Assistive Aid Patients with vertigo Recent Cardiovascular Event in 6 months
