Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Postnatal Mothers with Episiotomy and Cesarean Section without complications 2. Mothers who are from the first postnatal day and are willing to accept a 3-month follow-up 3. Mothers who can understand and speak Tamil and English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mothers with newborn and postnatal complications 2. Mothers with any previous history of medical or mental illness
