Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for any elective upper limb surgeries requiring brachial plexus block 2. Patients willing to consent 3. Adult patients of either sex 4. Patients of ASAPS grade 1,2 4. Patients age between 18 and 60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to study drug 2.Coagulopathy or bleeding disorders. 3. Severe cardiopulmonary disease 4.Neuropathy,vascular insufficiency of surgical limb 5. Infection at injection site 6.Patients on adrenergic antagonist or beta blocker or on long term analgesic.
