Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A.Mature permanent teeth with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis. B.Teeth having sufficient tooth structure for adequate isolation. C.No history of previous endodontic therapy. D.No history of trauma to the involved tooth. E.Age criteria: between 18 to 60 years. F.Ability to understand and provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A.Patients who have a positive history of analgesic intake within past 3 days. B.Patients who have a positive history of antibiotics intake in the last month. C.Patients with known history of allergy to the drugs in study. D.Patients with radiographic evidence periapical pathology. E.Periodontally compromised teeth F.Calcified roots. G.Patients with history of peptic ulcers or gastrointestinal bleeding. H.Neurologic patients. I.Psychiatric patients who are not able to rate the pain on scale.
