Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Chronic non specific neck pain lasting for more than 3 months, office employees (using a computer at least 4hrs), subjects with Numeric pain rating scale (NPRS) score of 3-8 points, craniovertebral angle less than 46 degrees.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any neuromuscular or systemic illness, central or peripheral neurological signs, cognitive impairment, spinal surgery, physical therapy treatments in last 6 months prior to the baseline assessment, pregnancy, hormonal therapy, any medication that can influence outcomes, regular relaxation techniques mindfulness meditation or any other mindfulness based therapy 6 weeks before the study or planned in next 6 months.

1. Pain intensity by [Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS)] 2. Forward head posture by [Craniovertebral angle (CVA)] 3. Neck disability by [Neck Disability Index (NDI)] 4. Stress, anxiety and depression by [Depression, anxiety stress (DASS-21) score] 5. Health related quality of life by [RAND-36] Timepoint: Baseline assessment before beginning treatment. Post Intervention Assessment (self assessment via application at the end of 2nd, 4th and 6th week AND therapist led assessment via application at the end of 3rd and 6th week.

Secondary

1. Working ability by [Work Ability Index (WAI)] 2. Neck Range of motion [ROM] Timepoint: Baseline assessment before beginning treatment. Post Intervention Assessment (self assessment via application at the end of 2nd, 4th and 6th week AND therapist led assessment via application at the end of 3rd and 6th week.
