Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male sub-elite fast bowlers of age 18 to 26 years interested to participate in the study and not participating in any other research with bowling speed less than 120km/h with poor lumbopelvic stability and back extensor muscle endurance also free from any musculoskeletal injury and bone condition that will affect their compliance to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic low back pain. 2. Any Cardiopulmonary disease in past 6 months. 3. Any History of trauma and surgery in past 6 months. 4. Athlete currently playing at national or international level.
