Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with Forward Head Posture-CVA less than 53 degrees Experiencing non-specific neck or upper back discomfort Able to perform exercises independently No physiotherapy for FHP in the past 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of cervical spine trauma or surgery Neurological disorders affecting posture (e.g., stroke, Parkinson s disease) Severe musculoskeletal deformities (kyphosis, scoliosis) Pain or inflammation preventing exercise participation
