Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 to 70 years. 2. Patients diagnosed with Gridhrasi according to classical Ayurvedic signs and symptoms. 3. Patients having clinical features of Sciatica such as radiating pain from low back to lower limb, positive Straight Leg Raising test. 4. Patients willing to participate and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with spinal fracture, spinal tumor, spinal infection, or severe disc prolapse requiring surgical intervention. 2. Patients with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus or severe systemic illness. 3. Pregnant or lactating women. 4. Patients with neurological disorders other than sciatica. 5. Patients currently on steroid therapy or other interventional pain procedures.
