Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Working women aged 20 35 with a confirmed diagnosis of Primary dysmenorrhea and regular cycles (21 35 days). Experience severe menstrual pain defined as a score of more than or equal to 6 on the Numerical Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) for at least two consecutive cycles. Currently employed with a full-time job of 8 hours or more. Access to a camera-enabled device with stable internet and willingness to attend 4 live supervised telehealth sessions per week for 8 weeks.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Any diagnosed gynaecological condition (e.g. fibroids .ndometriosis) Use of hormonal contraceptives in the past 3 months Pregnancy Recent abdominal or pelvic surgery Chronic pain disorders unrelated to menstruation Severe musculoskeletal or neurological disorders preventing safe exercise
