Inclusion criteria: College students aged 18 to 25 years Both male and female students Daily digital screen time more than 3 hours Willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of cervical spine injury or surgery Known musculoskeletal or neurological disorders Diagnosed psychiatric illness Sleep disorders diagnosed
