Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Secondary school teachers aged 24 to 55 years. Presence of work-related shoulder pain for more than 3 months. Limited shoulder range of motion with functional disability, confirmed by a SPADI score greater 20. Willingness to participate in the study and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of recent shoulder surgery or fracture. Presence of neurological disorders. Diagnosis of systemic inflammatory conditions.
