Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants with age more than or equal to 18 years 2.Subjects presented with HFpEF and elevated NTpro BNP more than 125pg/ml in age group less than 75 years and more than 450pg/ml in age group more than 75 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital heart disease 2.Post cardiac sugery 3.Prosthetic valves 4.Terminally ill individuals on ionotropic support 5.Post septal myectomy for HOCM 6.CCP
