Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects who voluntarily participate in the study and sign the written informed consent form Urban community and rural community dwelling older adults aged 60 to 74 years Subjects with similar comorbid conditions in urban and rural dwelling like high blood pressure diabetes and obesity Able to ambulate independently or with occasional use of a single point cane Able to walk 3 meters unassisted during timed up and go test with no physical help MMSE score greater than or equal to 24 to screen cognitive status Ability to follow verbal commands and perform simple functional tasks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neurological disorders example stroke parkinsons disease peripheral neuropathy Major visual or vestibular impairment Severe arthritis or deformity affecting the lower limb mobility History of recent lower limb injury or surgery within past 6 months
