Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, undergoing chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy (with or without surgery), Presence of Grade I to III oral mucositis, Age more than or equal to 18 years, Willing to participate and comply with study protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients unwilling to participate Grade IV oral mucositis Patients with systemic conditions affecting healing (e.g., uncontrolled diabetes) Reduced mouth opening (less than 15 mm) Uncooperative patients
