Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adolescent age group of 12-16 years 2. Patients with intact maxillary anterior teeth 3. Subjects with healthy marginal gingiva that is checked with periodontal probing and gingival index depth [less than 3 mm] 4.Voluntary participation 5.General healthy status of patient 6.Subjects who have not changed their toothbrush in last 1 month
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with gingival or periodontal diseases 2.Subjects undergoing any orthodontic treatment 3.Immunocompromised or systemic conditions like diabetes 4.Subjects on drugs affecting the gingival blood flow 5.With soft tissue damage or infection in the oral cavity 6.Subjects with habits such as smoking 7.Dentofacial anomalies 8.Subjects who have undergone any treatment like radiation or chemotherapy
