Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children aged 3 to 18 years operated for PUJO. Minimum follow-up of 3 years post-surgery. Documented baseline renal function (EC scan & USG) and follow-up data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of previous renal or urological surgery unrelated to PUJO. Associated anomalies (like-posterior urethral valves, neurogenic bladder, Ectopic ureter). Patients lost to follow-up or with incomplete records. Parents or patients who did not give consent to participate in the study.
