Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Adult patients undergoing Pancreatoduodenectomy Major liver resection Total or subtotal gastrectomy Radical cholecystectomy Right Hemicolectomy with D3 Lymphadenectomy 2)Availability of contrast-enhanced CT angiography or High Resolution Contrast enhanced CT preoperatively 3)Histologically confirmed malignancy 4)Willingness to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Emergency surgeries 2.Non contrast or poor-quality CT imaging. 3.Patients with previous major abdominal vascular surgeries altering anatomy.

To determine the incidence and types of vascular anatomical variants in patients undergoing hepatopancreatobiliary(HPB), Upper GI and Right colon oncologic surgeries, based on preoperative imaging and intraoperative findings.Timepoint: At Baseline—

To correlate vascular anatomy identified on preoperative imaging (CT angiography or high-resolution contrast enhanced CT) with intraoperative anatomical findings. To evaluate the impact of vascular anatomical variants on key surgical parameters, including, Surgical approach & technical modifications,Operative time & intraoperative blood loss,Requirement for vascular dissection or reconstruction,Postoperative morbidity, complications, & short term outcomes.Timepoint: At baseline, 30 day & 90 day outcomes.—
