Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with chronic non-specific low back pain. Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria according to ICD-11 (MG30.02). Patients having low back pain for 12 weeks or more Patients not currently receiving any other alternative or complementary therapy for low back pain. Patients willing to participate and provide written informed consent Patients willing to attend regular follow up visits during the study period

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with suspected fracture, tumor, infection, or malignancy of the spine. Patients with specific spinal pathology (e.g., spondylolisthesis, ankylosing spondylitis, spinal stenosis). Severe or progressive neurological deficit. History of spinal surgery within the last 6 months. Pregnant or lactating women. Recent major trauma or accident involving the spine. Known hypersensitivity to any prescribed homoeopathic medicine.
