Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study will include male students aged between 18 and 25 years who are regular college attendees and are willing to participate voluntarily in the study. Only male participants fulfilling the inclusion criteria will be selected for the observational study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students with any orthopedic injury affecting limb function, cardiovascular or neurological disorders, chronic respiratory diseases, or those unwilling to participate in the study will be excluded from the research.
