Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Low back pain more than 12 weeks both genders age 35-55

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of spinal surgery or fracture Presence of specific spinal pathology (tumor, infection, inflammatory conditions) Neurological involvement (e.g., radiculopathy) Any recent trauma to the spine Pregnant females

Pain intensity measured using Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) Timepoint: All outcome measures will be taken on pre-treatment 1st day and post treatment after 2 weeks and after 4 weeks
