Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18 to 90 years with ACS undergoing PCI. 2.Development of slow or no-reflow (TIMI flow less than or equal to 2 or TIMI frame count more than 27) treated with tirofiban during PCI (intracoronary or intravenous).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Active bleeding or contraindications to GP IIb/IIIa inhibitors. 2.Known allergy to tirofiban. 3.Mechanical complications of MI. 4.Procedural complications of MI.
