Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primigravida mothers Gestational age: 37-42 weeks Singleton pregnancy Cephalic presentation Willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: High-risk pregnancies Women with obstetric complications Multiple pregnancies Women undergoing induced or augmented labour Women who did antenatal exercise/yoga

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Rate of cervical dilation (cm/hour) Timepoint: Baseline (at 4 cm dilation) and every 2 hours until full dilation (10 cm)
