Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: . Patient undergoing Thoracic endoscopic procedures under anesthesia Title of project: Comparative Study Between Ketamine plus Dexmedetomidine and Ketamine plus Etomidate in Thoracic endoscopy 2. Age 18 to 80 years of male or female 3. American Society of Anesthesiologist Physical Status Grade I-IV

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with known allergy to drug to be injected 2. Patient with uncontrolled hypertension 3. Patient with pregnancy 4. Patient with high cardiac risk

To assess & compare onset of sedation, Ramsay Sedation Scores, & Visual Analogue Scores (VAS) between the two groups. To record recovery time, adverse events (hypoxia, bradycardia, myoclonus, etc.)Timepoint: 4 weeks
