Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female partner having pain in 80% of sexual encounters with sexual frequency of minimum 2 per week provided participating with proper sexual posture. 2. Sexually active married female above 18-55 years 3. Subjects complaining with pain during or after penovaginal act 4. Subjects with dryness of vagina 5. With and without vaginismus Patient having any 1 or more clinical features among 3, 4 and 5 and willing to participate in the study will be enrolled

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Past sexual injury 2.Tough imperforate hymen 3.Known cases of Grade 3 & 4 Endometriosis 4.Known cases of Veneral diseases or STDs or infections 5.Known cases of Any benign and malignant conditions of female reproductive tract 6. Pregnancy

To develop Shatavari gel 2. To evaluate safety of developed Shatavari gel 3. To assess the change in the severity score of female sexual function index (FSFI), symptoms of dyspareunia, irritation, dryness, and itching, reported by the patient through a visual analog scale (vas), from 0 (no discomfort) to 10 (maximum intensity) over KY jelly Timepoint: 0th, 3oth, 60th day
