Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: NPRS more than 3 Presence of palpable taut bands in upper trapizius Positive Jump Sign only 4 to 6 myofacial trigger points

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent Cervical trauma or surgery Skin infection Trigger points should not be less than 4 or more than 6
