Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having signs and symptoms of Hypothyroidism Patients between age group 25 to 55 years Patients irrespective of gender Serum TSH level more than 4 point 25 IU per mL Patients fit for Basti Karma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients below 25 years and above 55 years Patients having chronic illness like cardiac renal hepatic disease cancer diabetes mellitus and hypertension Pregnant lactating and menstruating females Patients unfit for Basti Karma
