Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children aged 3 to 6 years (ASA physical status I or II) 2.Presence of at least one White Spot Lesion (ICDAS II Code 1 or 2) on the labial surface of primary maxillary anterior teeth. 3.Frankl Behaviour Rating Scale score of 3 or 4 , allowing for clinical examination and photography. 4.Parents/guardians willing to provide written informed consent and adhere to the home-care protocol.
