Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Temporomandibular joint disorders having Tension Type Headache Helkimo index score more than 5 Headache impact test 6 score more than 50 Age 20 to 50 years Both male and females

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Temporomandibular joint disc displacement Patients who received any treatment in the past for temporomandibular joint disorders having tension type headache Rheumatoid Arthritis History of trauma to head neck and face i less than 6 months All other types of headache Malignancy
