Intervention1: Moringa oleifera gel: Following parameter assessment and scaling and root planing, Moringa oleifera gel will be placed subgingivally in the periodontal pocket as a single application. T

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Systemically healthy individuals. 2)Having more than equal to 20 teeth. 3)Age group: 30-60 years, both male and female 4)Patients with at least one periodontal pocket of more than equal to 5 mm probing depth in any two quadrants. 5)Patient willing for treatment and ready to give consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with a history of antibiotic therapy within 3 months. 2)Patient who had undergone periodontal therapy in last 6 months. 3)Pregnant patients. 4)Patients with deleterious oral habits. (E.g. Smoking, alcohol consumption etc.) 5)Patient with any allergic tendencies pertaining to treatment.
