Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient of both sexes between the age group of 25 to 60 years. 2. Patient suffering to DM-ll and willing to take homoeopathic medicine and cooperating for regular follow up 3. Patient having FBS level Between 125-160. 4. Patient having PPBSC level Between 200-260

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient having Type-1 Diabetes Mellitus and Insulin dependent 2. Patient with diabetes complications. 3. Patient with systemic disease or alcohol dependence. 4. Pregnant and lactating women. 5. Psychiatric patient.

Reduction in level of Fasting blood sugar,post-prandial blood sugar and Hba1c from baseline to 12 week of treatment.Timepoint: 12 week
