Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Chronic Low Back Pain (CLBP) for more than 3 months. 2.Positive Supine Provocation: Patients who report an increase in Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score by at least 2 points upon lying flat on a standard examination table compared to standing.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of lumbar spine surgery (fusion, laminectomy, or discectomy). 2. Recent acute spinal trauma or fracture (Less than 4 weeks). 3. Active pregnancy. 4. Known psychiatric illness or cognitive impairment preventing accurate pain reporting.
